  • Spinach pie with peperonata and rocket leaves.

  • Turkey balls, light tomato and basil sauce buckwheat gnocchi.

  • Pea and spinach Falafel with pickled radish salad and minted yogurt.

  • Roasted spiced cauliflower, morel, chickpea cake served with a coconut tai curried lentil.

  • Brazilian feijoada served with a beef fillet steak (Black turtle bean stew, rice, cabbage, bloody orange and bacon)

  • Stuffed chicken with prune and walnut, roasted artichoke, cheesy potato croquette.

We source suppliers for organically certified vegetables also fresh cresses and herbs, dried spices, pulses, free range meats and wild fishes.​​

 

Classically trained in London with fine dining traditionally between French - British cuisine have also Asian and European influences.

Working for 17 years at high standards restaurants, hotels and contract caterers  can offer a range of cuisine options:
